Container detention information

Hi, sir i am Adnan from lhr Pakistan. My 3 containers have been cleared from Pakistan customs. Unfortunately they're late due to my clearing agent.

The problem is: my clearing agent is misguiding me about shipping detention and did not give me any receipt of my 3 containers detention. So I request you please mail me my actual shipping detention. I will be thankful to you. Container numbers as follows.

1. STXU 4507217
2. CRSU 9287897
3. TTNU 9272409

Hello Adnan Ali,

Your Customs broker only takes care of customs clearance, and as you said, they did it well.

For detention information, you should contact shipping lines who, as container numbers suggest, is probably STX PanOcean. In case a shipping agent involves, you can also ask him to provide container detention information.

In brief, it's the carriers (shipping lines or freight forwarders) to solve your problem, not the customs broker.
